When the new owners of Bubba’s Dinner asked me to update their hole- in-the-wall establishment in San Anselmo, I looked at how they serve diner fair that was a cut above most diners because they source only local, organic ingredients. I decided to highlight those two factors in rebranding them as Bubba’s Fine Diner.
